1442.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION; TERM, DUTIES AND COMPENSATION.

There is hereby established in and for the Village the position of Village Architect. The term, duties and compensation of the Architect shall be negotiated by the Mayor and the appointment and contract confirmed by Council.
