1440.05 ASSISTANT TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

(a) There is hereby established in and for the Village the position of Assistant to the Building Official. The Assistant to the Building Official shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council.

(b) The Assistant to the Building Official shall assume all the responsibilities in the absence of the Building Official and have all the powers granted to him or her.
