242.03 MUNICIPAL MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE TAX FUND.

(a) There is hereby established in and for the Village a Municipal Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund, for the purpose of collecting taxes authorized under Ohio R.C. 4504.17 through 4504.172.

(b) Ohio R.C. 4504.17 through 4504.172 are hereby incorporated by reference thereto, as amended.
