1244.12 UNDERGROUND WIRING REQUIRED.

All plans presented to the Planning Commission after January 1, 1994, for new residential, commercial and industrial construction shall provide for underground wiring between such new construction and the utility right of way. As used in this section, wiring includes electrical, telephone, cable television or any other wiring providing public utilities service to such new construction.
