1244.05   PERMANENT PAVEMENT.
   (a)   Permanent pavement shall be constructed in accordance with the latest standard plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer, approved by the Council and filed with the Clerk/Treasurer.
   (b)   In the event the allotter desires the Village to issue building permits prior to the installation of the permanent pavement, then a temporary or partial pavement shall be built in accordance with the pertinent provisions of such standard plans and specifications in order to assure access to any building for any of the Village equipment of the Fire, Police and Service Departments, and the same shall be maintained to the satisfaction of the Service Department. Should the same be not so maintained, then future permits will be denied and permits issued shall be revoked.
