Profiles of the streets to be dedicated, showing existing surface elevations and the proposed grades of such streets, shall be filed with the Engineer. All elevations shall refer to the City of Cleveland mean lake level datum, or to the Cleveland Regional Geodetic Survey datum, and the datum used shall be indicated on the plat. Profiles shall be made upon tracing cloth drawn to a scale of one inch horizontal equals fifty feet, and one inch vertical equals five feet. When required by the Engineer, a topographical map of the territory to be allotted shall be furnished in addition to the street profiles, and a duplicate tracing shall be furnished to the Council.
