1240.04 BUILDING AND OCCUPANCY PERMITS.

No person shall be entitled to a building permit or an occupancy permit unless the sketch or drawing and the legal description for the lot for which the permit is requested shall have been approved by the Village Planning Commission, and the deed containing such legal description has been recorded with the Recorder of Cuyahoga County.
