Upon being satisfied that the sketch or drawing and the legal descriptions of smaller lots, as provided for in Section 1240.01, are not contrary but conform to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 153.02 and the Zoning Code, the Planning Commission shall approve such legal descriptions, or as many thereof as shall comply with this chapter, and shall indicate such approval by stamping on such sketch or drawing and such legal descriptions “Approved by the Planning Commission of Brooklyn Heights By . . . . . . . Secretary; no plat required”. The Planning Commission, instead of acting as a body upon such approval, may designate one of its members to grant or refuse such approval. Two copies of such sketch or drawing and legal description shall be furnished to the Planning Commission, one copy shall be retained for its files and one copy shall be forwarded to the Building Inspector.
