1240.01   DIVISION OF LAND INTO LESS THAN FIVE PARCELS.
   Notwithstanding the provisions of Ohio R.C. 711.001 to 711.13 and of Ohio R.C. 153.02, a proposed subdivision, as defined by Ohio R.C. 711.001, of a parcel of land, for the purpose of transfer of ownership, whether immediate or future, shown as a unit or as contiguous units on the last preceding tax roll, along an existing public street or road, not involving the opening, widening or extension of any street or road, and involving no more than five lots after the original tract has been completely subdivided, may be submitted to the Planning Commission for approval without a plat, as required by Ohio R.C. 153.02.
