1222.01 ADOPTION OF PROCEDURES.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5722.02, the Village hereby elects to adopt and implement the procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 5722, as presently constituted and as may be amended, for the purpose of effectively reutilizing nonproductive land situated within the Village.
