(a) Each pavilion in the Village shall have posted thereon a visible sign in a conspicuous place bearing the legend:
Pavilions may be reserved by permit only. Apply for the permit at the Municipal Center, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Persons with proper permits shall have preference over non-permit holders.
(b) Pavilion sections shall be identified by appropriate letters.
(c) Specific pavilion sections may be reserved by any Village inhabitant for a designated date and time by application at the Village Hall during regular office hours.
(d) Village inhabitants holding properly issued reservation forms shall have preference for designated sections of pavilions on the date and at the time of the permit, to the exclusion of all other persons.
