1068.03 DEPOSITS; USE OF RECEPTACLES.

No person shall deposit, or permit or suffer to be deposited, in any part of a park, any garbage, ashes, sewage, refuse, waste or other noxious material otherwise than in receptacles or pits provided for such purpose.
