Ordinance 109-00, passed December 19, 2000, adopted the Plan of Operation and Governance for the electricity aggregation program for the Village. Copies of this ordinance and of the Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk/Treasurer.
There are no sections in Chapter 1046. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
