(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) In addition to the penalty set forth in subsection (a) hereof, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter may have his or her license revoked at the direction of the Village Council.
