1042.06 CONNECTIONS BY OTHER THAN AUTHORIZED AGENTS PROHIBITED.

No person, other than the properly authorized agents of the Village acting under the rules and regulations and special permit of the Village Council and under the instructions of the Engineer, shall make any connection either with the main sewer or sewer curb connections of the general sewer system. (Ord. 182. Passed 12-16-19.)
