1042.01 SEWER BUILDERS; LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION; FEE.

Only licensed sewer builders shall do any work in connection with the general sewer system of the Village. All applications for a license shall be made to the Engineer and shall be accompanied by a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
