1020.03   DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
   Before a permit is issued, the applicant shall deposit with the Clerk/Treasurer the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to cover the cost of repairing and relaying the pavement to be removed, together with the cost of any new material required. Such repair shall be done by the Village, and the costs thereof, together with any other expenses incurred by the Village, shall be deducted from the funds so deposited, and the balance returned to the applicant after completion of the repaving. If the deposit is insufficient to reimburse the Village, the Clerk/Treasurer shall issue a warrant for the collection of the remainder due the Village.
