1020.02 PERMIT FEE.

If any opening or excavation shall be for any purpose other than carrying out of a Village contract, the applicant shall pay to the Clerk/Treasurer, for the benefit of the General Fund, a fee of five dollars ($5.00) before a permit shall be issued by the Building Inspector.
