No person, either as owner, lessee, manager, officer, or agent, or in any other capacity, shall give, conduct, produce, present, or offer for gain or profit, any circus, wild west show or other show or exhibition under any canvas or within or under any structure without first securing from the Clerk/Treasurer of the Village a license for such purpose.
