812.01 GARAGE, YARD, BASEMENT AND ATTIC SALES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct a sale commonly referred to as a garage, yard, basement or attic sale, or by whatever name or title described, without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Village Clerk/Treasurer.
