(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) Any grantee violating Section 810.29(c) or (d) shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation.
