810.32 COMPLIANCE BY GRANTEE REQUIRED.

The grantee shall not be excused from complying with any of the terms or conditions of the franchise by any failure of the Village upon any one or more occasions to insist upon or to seek compliance with any such terms or conditions. (Ord. 16-80. Passed 5-20-80.)
