501.14 PAYMENT OF EXPENSES OF RAPE VICTIMS.

Upon the concurrence of the Chief of Police, the Director of Law and the Finance Director, any medical expenses incurred by a victim of rape which occurred within the Municipality shall be paid promptly upon their presentation.
