951.99 CRIMINAL PENALTY.

A person who has violated this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and be fined not more than $100.00. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense, carrying separate penalties. (Ord. 2016-87. Passed 1-23-17.)
