(a) No person, company, contractor, or private snow removal company or entity, while in the process of removing snow, shall deposit or cause to be deposited any snow and/or ice that would obstruct, hinder, block, or cause injury to any private road, sidewalk, driveway, fire hydrant, or to the landscaping of any other property. All snow from any premises shall be deposited onto the same premises from which it was moved, plowed, or removed.
(b) No person, company, contractor or private snow removal company removing snow from any driveway or sidewalk within the city shall deposit the same on the pavement or sidewalk of any public street or on any tree lawn in any public street except the tree lawn immediately in front of the premises from which the snow is removed.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 2014-17. Passed 4-14-14.)
