§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 110.01 or 110.02 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $25, or by imprisonment in the city prison not more than 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
