Should application be made for any show or exhibition within the city, of the nature of a carnival, so called, and consisting of several small shows, exhibitions, booths and the like, the license fee shall be issued for the whole on application of the party in control thereof, and upon payment of the sum of $15 per day for each day of intended exhibition, and no further license shall be required of the individual members or exhibitors.
