§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of the provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.05 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100, or by imprisonment in the county jail or the city jail, not exceeding 90 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.25 shall be liable, on conviction thereof, to pay a fine not exceeding $30 and costs of prosecution, or to be imprisoned in the county jail of the not exceeding 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. In addition to the above, any person, firm or corporation receiving a permit under §§ 94.15 through 94.25 who shall fail to comply with the provisions thereof, or fail to comply with the conditions imposed by the Superintendent or file the bond required by the Superintendent on approval of the application shall be liable to have the permit suspended by the Superintendent and shall not proceed with the work for which permit was granted until the Superintendent shall order the same to proceed.
