This subchapter shall not apply to areas within the city which are presently or may in the future be zoned for industrial purposes where properly fenced or access by the general public is otherwise restricted wherein the substance or materials shall not constitute a fire hazard or health hazard. Nor shall it apply to the storage of one unoccupied camper trailer, recreational vehicle and/or one boat and trailer which is property of the occupant of the premises.
