§ 93.41  REMOVAL OF DANGEROUS JUNK.
   When the “junk” is of a nature that the Chief of Police believes that the junk which violates this subchapter presents an immediate or extreme danger to life, safety or property and that it must be removed immediately, the Police Chief is hereby authorized to remove the junk, and to hold the junk until the owner has been notified that he or she has seven days to claim and take possession of the property.
