§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Violations of §§ 92.02 and 92.03 shall be civil infractions, punishable by a fine of up to $100 and court cost.
      (2)   Violations of § 92.04 shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $250 or both in addition to court costs and restitution for any damage.
