§ 92.20  CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS.
   The City Council may appoint a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board to offer advice on matters pertaining to parks, recreation, and green space in the city. Composition of the Board and scope of study shall be set by the City Council from time to time.
