For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALCOHOL. Includes any alcoholic beverage.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Includes snowmobiles or any unit, regardless of how many wheels, powered by anything other than human effort.
PARKS. Includes Albers Field, Douglas Park, Greenwald Park, Kiwanis Park, Memorial Park and any other area that may be designated a PARK by City Council.
TURFING. To operate a motor vehicle on the grass or other areas included in a park area such as ball diamonds, ball fields, volleyball courts or tennis courts in a manner so as to destroy or damage the surface by spinning tires or doing donuts.
