§ 90.18  QUARANTINE.
   The Chief of Police of the city is hereby authorized to require that any animal be quarantined, or that quarantine be established in the city for any defined period, when in his or her opinion the measures are necessary in order to protect the health of the inhabitants of the city, and it shall be the duty of the Police Department to enforce the quarantine.
