(A) This schedule shall provide for the regulation of parking on Chicago Street (U.S. 12) within the city limits to promote the safety and welfare of the citizens and to facilitate traffic flow.
(B) All parking shall be prohibited on the north and south sides of Chicago Street (U.S. 12) from the west city limits easterly to a point 180 feet west of the intersection of the highway with Matteson Street.
(C) All parking shall be prohibited on the north and south sides easterly from the intersection of Chicago Street and Buchanan Street to the intersection of Chicago Street with Wayne Street.
(D) Parking shall be regulated by traffic order on the north and south sides of Chicago Street (U.S. 12) from a point 180 feet west of the Matteson Street intersection to the intersection of Buchanan Street.
(E) This shall be a civil infraction punishable by a fine of $20 for the first offense, $40 for the second offense within 12 months. Fines are payable to the Municipal Civil Infractions Bureau.
