(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 72.02 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, upon first violation a written warning will be issued; a second infraction will result in confiscation of the skateboard and a requirement to do five hours of community service, upon completion of the community service the skateboard will be returned. A third violation and all subsequent violations will result in a fine of $20 or an amount at the discretion of the court plus costs and other sanctions.
