(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) An owner of operator of a motor vehicle who knowingly produced false evidence under § 70.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year, or a fine of nor more than $500, or both. Points shall not be entered on a driver’s license record pursuant to § 320(a)(3) for a violation of § 70.02.
