(A) Authority to inspect and test. Duly authorized employees or representatives of the city, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter all premises served by the system for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Observation of customer’s safety rules. When performing the duties of division (A) above, the duly authorized employees or representatives of the city shall observe all reasonable safety rules applicable to the premises, established by the customer.
