All ordinances of the city, or any amendments, thereto, which are in conflict, are, to the extent of the conflict, repealed, provided, however, that the repeal shall be effective only upon the rehabilitation of the housing development by the sponsor as provided in § 35.27. Provided further that this subchapter shall not be deemed precedent for other similar PILOT ordinances.
