§ 35.07  COST RECOVERY SCHEDULE.
   (A)   The City Council shall, by resolution, adopt a schedule of cost included with the expense of a dishonored check response.
   (B)   This schedule shall be available to the public from the City Clerk/Treasurer or the Police Department.
