§ 32.08 PROCEDURE FOLLOWING ARREST.

Whenever any person shall be arrested as provided under this code or the penal code of the State of Michigan he or she shall be taken to the Sheriff of Branch County for custody or to any other jail which the City Council may provide. The arrested person shall be treated according to applicable ordinances, laws, and regulations of this code and the State of Michigan.
