§ 31.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 31.25 through 31.30 shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than $50 or be imprisoned in the city prison or county jail not exceeding 30 days, or both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
