§ 71.02 AUTHORITY OF PARKING VIOLATIONS BUREAU.

The Parking Violations Bureau shall have the authority to process all parking violation citations issued by the City Police Department pursuant to this chapter, and to assess and collect all fines according to the schedule hereto attached and deposit same with the City Clerk/Treasurer to the credit of the General Fund of the city.
