§ 151.04  SIZE OF PARK; SITES PREPARED BEFORE PARK OPENING; ARCHITECT’S AFFIDAVIT.
   (A)   The minimum size for any new mobile home park or court will be eight acres and a minimum of 25 individual mobile home sites must be prepared before the park is opened.
   (B)   The plan for any new mobile home park or court must sign affidavit from an architect before it is submitted to the City Council for approval.
