§ 151.03  LOT WIDTH, COVERAGE; TRAILER SIZE; DENSITY OF USE; OFF-STREET PARKING.
   (A)   The minimum lot width in a mobile home park or court shall be 50 feet, and no more than 25% of any lot area may be covered by the mobile home and other buildings.
   (B)   The minimum trailer size permitted will be 12 by 55 feet.
   (C)   The average density of use will be eight trailers per acre. Two off-street parking spaces must be provided for each trailer.
