§ 133.08  OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE.
   (A)   Disturbing the peace; generally. It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb the public peace and quiet by loud noise, boisterous or vulgar conduct.
   (B)   Language or gestures causing public disorder. A person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor if, with the purpose of causing public danger, alarm, disorder or nuisance, or if his or her conduct is likely to cause public danger, alarm, disorder or nuisance, the person willfully uses abusive language or makes an obscene gesture to any other person when the words by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace.
   (C)   Obstruction of public passages. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct himself or herself in any public place so as to obstruct, hinder or interfere with the free and uninterrupted passage of the public after being told to move on by a police officer.
   (D)   Playing in streets, sidewalks. It shall be unlawful for any person to play any ball game in any public street or sidewalk or otherwise obstruct traffic on any street or sidewalk by collecting in groups thereon, for any purpose.
   (E)   Jostling. It shall be unlawful for any person to jostle or roughly crowd persons in any street, alley, park or public building.
   (F)   Fighting in public. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any disturbance, fight or quarrel in a public place.
   (G)   Unlawful assemblies. It shall be unlawful for any person to collect or stand in crowds, or arrange, encourage or abet the collection of persons in crowds for illegal or mischievous purposes in any public place.
   (H)   Disorderly place. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or allow any place occupied or controlled by him or her to be a resort of noisy, boisterous or disorderly persons.
