§ 133.06  OFFENSES AGAINST A PERSON OR PERSONS.
   (A)   Assault and battery. It shall be unlawful for any person to commit an assault, or an assault and battery on any other person.
   (B)   Enticing children. It shall be unlawful for any person to invite, entice, coax, persuade or induce by threat, any minor child under the age of 17 years to enter any motor vehicle, or conveyance, or private property or place, except where the parent or guardian of the child has given that person his or her express prior consent; this section shall not prohibit school personnel from carrying out the normal duties of their employment.
   (C)   Assault by telephone. It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously telephone any other person for the purpose of harassing, molesting, threatening, intimidating or annoying the other person or his or her family, whether or not conversation ensues.
