A person or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter or terms of conditioning of a permit shall be subject to fines as adopted by resolution of the City Council from time to time. Nothing is this section shall be construed to limit the remedies available to the city in the event of a violation by a person or corporation of this chapter or a permit issued under or in relation to this chapter.
