§ 113.11  SAVINGS CLAUSE.
   Pursuant to § 13(5) of the Act, being M.C.L.A. § 484.3113(5), if § 8 of the Act, being M.C.L.A. § 484.3108, is found to be invalid or unconstitutional, the modification of fees under § 113.10 shall be void from the date of modification was made.
