All Councilpersons, while in office, are entitled to one copy of the codified ordinances and supplements thereto. Upon each Councilperson’s termination of office, the Councilperson shall be permitted to retain the copy of the codified ordinances and the supplements that he or she has acquired while in office. Councilpersons, after leaving office, shall no longer be entitled to any supplements or amendments to the codified ordinances which are in their possession.
